1. People can buy an envelope containing a random minute of the game for $10.
2. If you get minute 45 or 90, that includes any stoppage time as well.
3. One envelope will contain the special case of a scoreless draw after 90 minutes.
4. If the first goal is scored in your minute, you win $400.
5. If the games is scoreless after regulation (90min), the person holding the scoreless draw wins the $400 in the case of any goal in Extra Time or a Penalty Shoot-Out.
