The Briar Cup 2012
This year the Kendall Wanderers and Green Briar soccer clubs will compete for the Briar Cup. There will be two matches held on July 28th in Danehy Park, Cambridge. The OTH sides from each club will play at 2pm followed by a Kendall BSSL selection vs the Green Briar MSSL side at 4pm.
In order to make each game competitive and meaningful, the aggregate score from both matches will determine which club takes the cup, and the winners are invited to defend the trophy in 2013.
The Green Briar Pub will be hosting all 4 teams back at the bar on Washington Street in Brighton after the matches for food, drinks and presentations.
Hopefully this will be the start of an annual competition between the clubs.

Anyone interested in heading down to see Thierry Henry and the NY Red Bulls play the Revs this Sunday July 8th 7PM Kick off?
The Midnight Riders suporters club are running a bus from the Phoenix Landing to and from the game. Plus there's an open tailgate party when you get there. You have a choice to buy a discounted ticket and a spot on the bus, or just a spot on the bus.
